The game is set during the Civil War. The main heroes of the game - two brothers, Thomas and Ray McCall. In the story a very active role played by a third brother, William, but he only appears in commercials and sermonize. The complication is that devastating war has destroyed not only the native farm families McCall, but forever changed their lives. From the peaceful farmers they became bandits who teeter across America and Mexico, bringing terror to the local population. But the most bitter events just ahead, but bad luck in the end forever planted once united the brothers on opposite sides.

In Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood players are waiting for the exciting adventure made in the best tradition of Westerns.
